Denmark Street Surgery is a NO SMOKING area, this includes the buildings and the car park.
Wheelchair access is available to most areas of the surgery. Every patient registered at the Practice will be allocated a named GP who will be responsible for their care. You will be informed via a number of routes including text message, prescription note, verbal and on any routine letter we send you. If you have any queries, please contact us.

Patient Transport Service
We are currently taking part in a new transport pilot for patients who would normally request a home visit. If you cannot visit the surgery, we can arrange for you to be collected. For further information please contact the Surgery
Additional facilities are now housed in our annexe and you will find our Practice Nurse team working here.
There is a choice of Chemists in the immediate vicinity. Details of the Duty Chemist can be obtained from the Surgery, alternatively, details are published in local newspapers. There are good bus services to and from most areas of the town.
